This 1996 Retro Nuptse gilet is the latest iteration of an icon. Most of the same details are still there: the boxy silhouette, the shiny ripstop fabric, the exposed zipper and slanted pockets; and of course, the oversized boxes. What's different is the responsibly sourced 700-fill down insulation with a water-repellent finish. The hood stows away in the collar, and the gilet can be completely packed into its right pocket. Recycled materials make this gilet better for the planet.
